Terms & Conditions:

• Once a written quote is accepted and the job is scheduled, the quoted price will not increase.
  

• Exclusions: Additional customer-requested work, hidden/unforeseen conditions (e.g., asbestos, unsafe wiring, structural deficiencies), or project delays beyond 60 days caused by the customer.

Terms & Conditions:

• Our technicians will leave your home as clean as when they arrived.
  

• If the Customer is unsatisfied with the cleanliness after installation, the Company will provide professional cleaning at no cost.
  

• The Customer must notify the Company within 48 hours of installation completion.

Terms & Conditions:

• If the newly installed unit requires more than 3 manufacturer-covered repairs within the first year, the Company will replace the unit at no cost to the Customer.
  

• Repairs must be related to manufacturer defects, not caused by misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, or external damage and related to parts within the installed equipment.

Terms & Conditions:

• The Company will provide replacement air filters for 10 years following installation. Filters to be delivered at the time of installation. A total of 20 x 1” filters or 10 x 4” filters are included for the 10-year span. Applicable to Central HVAC systems only, and available per piece of equipment.
  

• Filters will be of a standard size/type appropriate to the installed system and include 16x25x1, 20x25x1, 16x25x4, 20x25x4. Specialty or upgraded filters may incur additional charges.
  

• If the customer is an existing Home Protection Plan Member, or becomes a new Member at the time of the Sale, they receive a $250 credit per piece of eligible equipment on their installation invoice. In this instance, filters would not be delivered at the time of installation and will fall within the guidelines of the Home Protection Plan.

Terms & Conditions:

• For the duration of the manufacturer’s warranty, diagnostic fees and repair charges will be waived when the repair is due to a verified manufacturer defect. This does not apply to repairs outside manufacturer coverage, such as misuse, lack of maintenance, weather damage, or unauthorized modifications.
  

• At the discretion of The Company, the first call related to a Customer error will have a waived diagnostic fee.

Terms & Conditions:

• If, within the first 12 months of installation, the Customer does not see a reduction in energy consumption on their applicable utility bill compared to the prior 12 months, the Company will issue a $1,000 credit. The Customer must provide complete copies of utility bills for the 12 months before and 12 months after installation.
  

• Guarantee applies only to central systems designed and sized by the Company.
  

• Exclusions: Changes in household size, occupancy, usage habits, additional appliances, weather, or other factors outside the Company’s control.

Terms & Conditions:

• The Company provides an industry-leading labour warranty to match the manufacturer’s parts warranty of 5, 10, or 12 years (manufacturer-dependent).
  

• Warranty coverage requires the Customer to maintain equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's and the Company's recommendations. Annual maintenance falls within manufacturer requirements.
  

• Warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or damage caused by external factors (e.g., flooding, power surges, weather events).
